wow, ok, another amazing movie! so sad, honest and raw, not for a moment do ryan gosling and michelle williams fall out of character. it's almost like watching a documentary about love gone wrong. or was it love? as always in life, one loves more than the other. the other needs, desires, is looking for something, but doesn't love... the end is always the same: he walks away, not looking back, drowned in the pain of rejection, shocked and disappointed, each step further down the street getting him closer to nothingness, empty black hole in his heart - as she stands there, pale and weak but relieved to be freed from the relationship that didn't, after all, tumble her heart.
